Tim Chaussee

Company founder and primary Instructor Tim Chaussee is a retired Sheriff’s Deputy with 29 years of Law Enforcement Experience and 12 years of Military experience. Tim has been involved in many critical incidents from Officer involved shooting and armed suicidal subjects.

Tim is a retired State of Wisconsin Department of Justice, Law Enforcement Standard Board Certified Firearms Instructor in both Handgun and Patrol Rifle as well as an Instructor in Tactical Response, Traffic Law, Domestic Investigations and Crisis Management.

Tim is also trained in Basic SWAT Tactics.

Tim was also a Volunteer Firefighter and First Responder.

Tim is a Certified NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Instructor, NRA Level 1 Pistol Coach, NRA Personal Protection In The Home Instructor, Personal Protection Outside The Home Instructor and NRA Chief Range Safety Officer.

Tim has also been trained in Civilian Response To Active Shooter Events (CRASE) by the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) and Texas State University.

Tina is a retired Sheriff’s Deputy, with 25 years of Law Enforcement. Tina served in the Marine Corp as an M.P. for 5 years and has a background in Education. Tina is also an NRA Certified Chief Range Safety Officer, NRA Basic Pistol, Personal Protection in The Home & Personal Protection Outside the. Home Instructor. Tina is also a coach for the Blue Hills Shooting Stars.
